Ayla founded AN as a well-being platform offering Reiki energy balancing sessions, inspired by her personal healing journey and long-term observations of people facing emotional and mental challenges. Initially introduced to Reiki for her own healing, she came to recognize that many around her were struggling with various emotional or mental issues rooted in imbalances within their energy centers. She noticed that individuals often accepted these challenges as fixed aspects of their identity, not yet discovering their potential and inner strength to rise above them. This realization, combined with her heartfelt desire to help others, became the driving force behind the creation of AN.

"I could not be otherwise. I have always felt a compassion that extends far beyond myself. Reiki allows me to love as deeply and expansively as I do" says Ayla, reflecting on her connection to Reiki and the driving force behind her decision to establish AN.
